The secret recipes of age old Chinese cuisine are featured on the menu of the owner/Chef Roger Kuo, the descendant of the Imperial Chef who served Imperial Kitchen In Chin Dynasty  of China over 40 years, back to 400 years ago.  Inherited the recipes from his ancestor, Mr. Kuo and his sister Grace Lin continuously renovates the cooking methods to accustom to modern livings. You will enjoy the same authentic Chinese cuisines as Emperor of China.

We use only the freshest meats, vegetables, and natural spices in our cooking.  We also make our own sauces which has no preservatives.  That is why our food not only tastes good, but also makes you feel good.
